Most Common Uses:

Number 7 (Miscellaneous) can be a multitude of plastic polymers and resins mixed together. It is commonly used in three- and five-gallon water bottles, 'bullet-proof' materials, sunglasses, DVDs, iPod and computer cases, signs and displays, certain food containers, nylon.

Health Risks:

The risks are high. Polycarbonate is number 7, and is the hard plastic that has parents worried these days, after studies have shown it can leach. Furthermore because you do not know what polymers are in the plastic there are other risks

Especially high risk for children !!!!!

 Do your best to limit exposure to plastics with codes 1, 3, 6, or 7

 Never Use Products with 3 or 7
