Seismic activity; the most common form of which is an earthquake, is often, but not always related to volcanic activity. Both types of events have the potential to alter our life’s and the landscape of the world.
I am not expert, call me a seismic/volcano wonk. But I have been studying the activity, the data recording it, and have attended my fair share of seminars and classes on the topic since 1989.
This section focuses on everything relating to tectonics, seismic, plate movement, and related issues that effect the world that we live in. We will delve into earthquakes, subductions, geysers, geothermal vents, calderas, etc.
