Unfortunately sooner or later you will be involved in one. Here are some necessities and rules that you should consider now while you still have time.
As an investigator, I have never seen a form that was more concise, thorough or simple to use as the one below developed by Tulane University.
I recommend printing several copies of the form, place a pen and a pencil in them folded into your glove box.
